Terms and Conditions

2, Nurse Cherry's Cottage is being offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation from the owner Mrs V. Velangi to you the client (renter).

Reservation for the property— the client has to forward a non-refundable deposit of £150 stating their reservation dates and duly signed by them. The balance of the payment is due 8wks prior to arrival. If the payment has not been received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation will be cancelled. The client will be liable to pay the balance unless the owner is able to re-let the property. Any reservation made within the 8wk period, the full rental amount becomes payable in full at the time of booking. Payments by cheque. If for any reason the booking is cancelled refunds will only be made if the owner can re-let the property. Any expenses or losses incurred in doing so will be deducted form the refundable amount. It is in the client best interest to have insurance cover.

Rental period begins from 3pm, on the departure date it is l0a.m. this is to enable the cottage to be free for cleaning.

The clients should take good care of the rented holiday accommodation and leave it as they found it. The clients must agree not to cause noise or nuisance to neighbouring residents. No stag or hen parties permitted.

Any defects or breakdowns must be notified. Arrangement for repairs will made as soon as possible. All breakages and damage must be paid by the client.

The owner will not be liable to the client for any temporary defect or stoppages in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment or appliances in the house or garden. Repairs will be done as soon as possible. Lost keys will be charged £15 per set. For loss or damage or injury as a result of adverse weather conditions, wars or anything beyond our control. Regret we cannot accept liability for goods left behind at the end of the stay.

If for any reason the property becomes unavailable, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control of the owner, monies will be refunded in full. The owner or representative should be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time for essential maintenance or annual tourism inspections. Where possible this will be by prior arrangement. Please enjoy your stay
